Brand new 2021 mustang got in a accident the same year I got it ..I was soooo MAD.. decided to go with Wrg to fix it ….Miriam william and his son William They are so patient respectful and they keep u up to date with whatever going on . My car took a WHILE due to it being so new and parts was hard to come in due to COVID .. but due to their communication I was able to have patience with what’s going on . However I am happy that I receive my car back the same way I bought it . I would recommend anyone to go here to get their car repair and have patience with them because all the wait will pay off I attach photos of damage and after they fix it thank u guys so much

Had my 2015 corvette stingray painted here because it had front end damage. Mr William done a excellent job with it. They had a lot of higher end cars there but they took care of my car like it was worth 500,000. They fixed the damage and painted it . It looks as good as new. If you want your car done right bring it here, they are truly professional. You won’t be disappointed.

I highly recommend WRG. I had some body work/painting done to my car and William and his team did a phenomenal job from start to finish. William was very responsive the entire process. I called him on a Wednesday morning, brought my car in on Wednesday late afternoon, and he had it done the following Tuesday. Other places told me it could take up to 3 weeks to get completed. My car looks great and his price was also very fair.

William, his Wife and his Son are class acts. They were so professional and so nice. Their quality of work is the best around. I recently hit a deer in my 2012 Honda Civic, caused lots of major damage to the radiator and whole front end of the vehicle. Filed a claim with my insurance company and didn’t hear back for days, when they finally called back they said that the soonest they could get the car in for repairs was January 5th. It didn’t help that I told them the car was still drivable, but I knew I couldn’t wait that long without damaging the car even more. Started asking around to family and friends for some good local body shops and WRG Paint and Body came up. Gave them a call and they said they would be more than happy to get the car in SAME DAY, and all I would have to do was wait for the insurance evaluator to approve the repairs and I was all good to go. Walked into the shop, clean and professional, spoke to Miriam at the Front desk who was able to answer every single question I had, and then some, about working with my insurance company. I was in and out of the shop in less than 2 hours with a rental vehicle scheduled for the next day, all thanks to Miriam. I was told the car would be ready for pickup by December 9th (today), and I just got back from picking it up minutes ago. Car looks amazing, body work is pristine, you would have thought it was a whole new vehicle. Paint colors match perfectly, even a bit glossier than before which is nice. Hubcaps were already missing or damaged before accident. Car runs just as good, if not better than it did before I hit the deer, and I could not be happier with the wonderful service and top notch work provided by everyone at WRG. Thanks so much WRG! These guys are legit!! I hit a pallet that fell off a truck on 485, dropped the truck off Tuesday, it was ready Thursday afternoon and I picked up on Friday. Paint looks amazing. Very good pricing and very good work. Only body shop I’ll be going to for now on.

This place was a referral by someone I trusted. And I swear they were absolutely right. I just got my car Saturday when someone in hit my car in the parking of a restaurant. I was devastated !! I had wanted this car for years a Jaguar XJL! Mr William the owner made me feel welcome and ensure me my car would look new! It was an understatement it was better than new it was perfect. I was so excited!! I strongly recommend this place!!!

William the owner was a delight to work with throughout the process. We have a 1977 Bronco That went through a full off by the restoration. William and his group did all of the body repairs and Pannel replacements Along with a high end paint job. Initially we ran into some issues with the replacement panels lining up with the original parts of the body. William short us that he would correct the issue twitter it was unnoticeable. Which he did! Any issues or problems that we ran into throughout the process, as a full restoration on a classic car is very difficult and time-consuming! Throughout this time William gave me confidence that everything would be OK and when the finished product was delivered that we would be happy. I will definitely tell you that we are extraordinarily pleased with the finished product. William even offered after the interior is complete and the seats are reinstalled that he would do a once over on the vehicle and if anything showed up as an imperfection that he would fix it. I can tell you that William is a man of his word and insist on quality! I would highly recommend anyone who is expecting a high-end job in their car to be cared for properly to bring their automobile to his workshop. We also have multiple other cars in need that are all specialty jobs and we look forward to continuing our relationship with a crew and a company that is upstanding and expects the best. We are thankful that we were able to work together and look forward to our future and William and his crew taking care of our vehicles.

I cannot recommend this place enough! I went to WRG to get an estimate to repair and paint my old car so I can gift it to my daughter as her first car. I loved how nice they all were and the shop was so clean and had some of the fanciest cars I've ever seen waiting to be repaired. So I felt confident about leaving my car there, but also worried about what the price would be considering the kind of cars they had in there. William which I think is the owner worked with my budget and I ended up getting a decent deal. They did such a good job on my old 2010 Toyota Yaris it looks brand new! They removed all the imperfection the car had and fully repainted it. All the dents, scratches and rust gone! I'm so happy with their work and the price. My daughter LOVES it and I saved more money than I would have buying a safe used car for her. I still can't believe how new it looks! THANK you so much!

My girlfriend accidentally backed into the side door of my car in my driveway. The door and frame of my car were damaged. I took it to WRG on a Tuesday and had my car back Monday. Service was extremely punctual with the owner explaining everything to me. I could not be happier with how it turned out! Like nothing happened!

I have a 2013 old Toyota tundra in the color silver. Toyota came out with that new army green color and that’s what I wanted. I did get other estimates and those companies were literally three times more expensive and we’re definitely not as Professional. They painted my entire truck and the camper shell. It came out amazing better than I ever ever hoped for. Looks like a new truck.

I was just like may of the reviews. I saw the nice cars and though it would be out of my price range to restore my 1995 Honda civic i was working on. But after reading all the reviews i decide to give a call. Not only did William quote at a fair price unlike everyone else i talk to he was able to start on it the same week. When i say his team does a good job. I cant even explain the detail they do in their work. I got a quote from them on a Friday, dropped my car off on Monday, and a few days later they had my Jeep looking brand new. I will absolutely be a returning customer. Had an aftermarket hood painted and installed on my 2017 camaro at this shop. Great customer service and job on the hood. The hood was manufactured poorly so a ton of work was needed on the hood and they did an amazing job. William kept me in the loop the entire time. Highly recommend this shop! Also GREAT price.

A local mechanic recommended William of WRG Paint & Body when I asked him for help doing some body work on my son's Mazda and my Honda. I brought both cars to William, he looked them over and gave me a really reasonable price. For example, on my Honda -- a big chain body shop wanted over $7000 to repair what was essentially a scratch on the right rear quarter-panel. They made a big deal about certifying that the blind spot detection system required a more extensive repair. I knew that this was ridiculous as the blind spot detection system worked just fine. WRG repaired it for $1500 and it looks amazing. On my son's Mazda, he repaired a rip in the metal where the wheel well got hooked on something and he repaired the right rearview mirror. Again -- amazing repair for much less than I expected to pay. With both of those repairs done, I showed William my vintage Mercedes convertible. My paint seemed really unevenly faded. William suggested a wet sanding of the clear coat as a possible fix. The Benz came out stunning. The Signal Red paint is bright and sparkly -- this car looks reborn. All three of these jobs on my cars were done absolutely within the timeframe that William promised. My cars aren't particularly expensive (Alas, they made a lot of MB 560SLs) -- but in WRG's shop I saw 2 McLarens, a Rolls Royce and a vintage Mustang. Clearly he's trusted with cars worth far more than mine. I would not hesitate to bring my cars to WRG if I ever need body work. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs body work. I am really sold!

I contacted at least 8 body shops about replacing the front bumper on my Jeep. No one came close to the affordable quote WRG gave me. They repaired my car on the spot, the trick is to come earlier in the day. Everything about my accident has been stressful except for this. The owner could not have been nicer. He informed me that North Carolina is a “right to choose” state, so your insurance company can’t restrict you to their “recommended” body shops. I’ve lived in Charlotte 4 years and I finally found my go to body shop. I highly recommend them!

The repair work was excellent but, more importantly, William Sr. and William Jr. were so friendly and helpful that the overall experience was actually enjoyable. I had these guys totally restore the body on my 1979 Cherokee Chief. It looked odd sitting there with the McLarens and Lamborghinis in the shop, but they treated it like it was one of the best vehicles there. They picked it up and dropped it off with a flatbed at my house and I couldn't be happier with the end result. A+ and I will recommend to others.

I needed work on my Nissan Pathfinder and this was a fantastic group to work with. Not only did they do a great job with the car, but they communicated with me in a prop and timely manner. If you have ever had to take your car elsewhere then you will see the difference from start to finish when you let WRG work on your vehicle. I have used them twice and I am a customer for life. I can’t say enough great things about William and his employees at WRG paint and body! My wife hydroplaned on the highway and hit the guard rail- the insurance company wanted to total the car after an over inflated estimate from Caliber collision. They did a very good job with my Honda Civic and looks like new after the accident. The staff was friendly especially Carla. A month later, They offered me to help with my car radio when I told them I was not able to remove one screw with out demanding any price. It was a very nice gesture. I was in a front end collision that folded in the front passenger side bumper, headlight, and quarter panel of my 2009 Toyota Yaris. It just missed the airbag trigger, but the car was still drivable except for the body damage. After several body shops told me it was totaled, WRG said they could fix it for a reasonable price.They did exactly what they said they would. It took no more than two weeks and they were finished. My dad went with me to look at the repairs and thought highly enough of the results that we have referred other people to WRG. The owner (Mr. Gallego) was friendly and fair. He took the time to show us around the shop, which had many different types of vehicles of different makes, models, years, and value (to me this showed versatility). He agreed to an additional repair if I would purchase the part separately. He was also able to refer me to another local business that did my inspection.I would recommend WRG to anyone who needs body work done in Charlotte and the surrounding areas without reservation.

WRG is a great company to work with. My 2018 Toyota RAV4 was rear-ended in a hit-and-run. Besides doing an excellent job on the repair in a timely manner, Miriam gave me tips on how to work with the insurance companies and recover my deductible.

I found this body shop close to my work. Both William and his Dad were really friendly and great customer service. My car had a big dent on the back truck and both Honda dealer and Caliber Collision told me it’s not repairable and to replace the hood. WRG fixed the dent and matched the original paint that you can’t tell there was an accident. There price was 50% cheaper than the other body shop. I am very happy with their customer service and body work. I would recommend other people to try this place before going to expensive body shops. They are expert in body work and budget friendly.

Would highly recommend. I had been embarrassed to drive my severaly dented 2003 Camry, but they got all the dents out and painted it a new, updated color; it looks fabulous and ten years younger. We had to work a bit on the price, which was eventually reasonable.

Customer service here is great, have a $500 deductible and they were able to work with me on covering at least half of it. Was involved in a hit-and-run accident and wasn't able to get other drivers information so that really helped.

This place saved my year! They waved my deductible, got my car out of the wreckers yard, paid the tow fees, and took care of everything with my insurance for me. My car looked and drove amazing when WRG was done repairing it. I got into a wreck right off a busy highway the lady hit my whole front end off. WRG made my car look completely brand new again. They even delivered my car to my driveway when it was ready. The customer service was fantastic and I will always bring my car back to this shop.

I took my Civic to WRG after my driver-side window fell into my door. They were quick getting me in and quick getting me out at a very reasonable cost. Will be returning for future repairs.

After I got rear-ended, WRG cold called me and offered their services. From them on it was smooth sailing. They took care of everything!! They even allowed me to schedule the repairs to be done when I was on vacation and drove me and my daughters to the airport. This place is amazing! I needed help with my car right before I had to get into work, and the fact that they were open so early really helped me out! What could have been a terrible experience at the Auto Body Shop at 7 in the morning turned out to be great. William went out of his way to help me out and really made sure my experience was a good one. Great service. My car was perfectly back to normal. Jessica helped me with everything. Setting up my claim and making sure my rental was ready to go. I am so glad she called me.
